Departamentos Nico - a  small family owned and operated rental units. We have worked hard to curate a space in which you can come enjoy a relaxing stay while still feeling completely at home.

 

Our NEW units are each composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, AC systems in bedrooms, TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen, wifi & more!

We are neighbors to a nearby pool and tennis court area, just a  few yards down! Enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation during your stay with us.
